Coffee - Taisho White

This is another cold brew by Oriole Coffee & Bar. I think the milk is a little too much else it should taste good.

The milk has overwhelmed the flavour of the coffee. I think is pretty suitable for those who can't take the bitterness of coffee.

Coffee - Taisho Black

Taisho Black, it's a cold brew by Oriole Coffee & Bar. Usually cold brew doesn't have much fragrance smell as compare to hot coffee. So it doesn't have the WOW impact immediately. Fragrance is just ok but when you taste it, it brings the well-balanced bitterness with a small hint of sweetness from the coffee.

Coffee - Colombian Supremo Popayan

My favourite beans that is being roasted by my friend in Australia who runs Coffee Gastronomy and Coffee Interchange Cafe.

It has strong flavour with nutty taste and also some hint of cocoa. 

I usually do it using a manual coffee making machine - French Press. It can be brewed as Espresso, Flat white due to the strong flavour.

My friend also mentioned that it is good to make into cold brew too but yet to try.

Sake - Bijofu special brewed summer sake

My drinking level has changed again, thanks to my drinking friend who invited me to support his Japanese friend who was involved in the very 1st Sake Festival 2016 in Suntec City.

Not a fan of sake and don't really know how to appreciate as it is a total different level like Soju too.
My friend found this sake that is similar to the one that I recommended to him but is much cheaper.

Most of the sake i tried, it has strong aftertaste and give a strong burning but this is rice-sweet, fragrance & smooth.

Wine - Rasa Cabernet Sauvignon 2013

This red wine was being shared by my friend who went to India for his work. I didn't know that India do produce wine. Haha...
This Cabernet Sauvignon is different from the usual Cab Sauv. It has low tannin and does not have oak-y aftertaste. It is smooth and fruity. Our female friends are able to handle the taste of it.

Wine - Fat B*stard Pinot Nior

This Fat B*stard Pinot Nior is from France by Wine Connection. For people who doesn't really like full-bodied wine with strong tannins and oaky aftertaste, I think this is a good option.

Though Pinot Nior which is usually more mild compare to their other wines like Shiraz & Cabernet Sauvignon. But this Pinot Nior has some light tannins with oaky aftertaste.

I think it pairs well with Chicken, Seafood and Fish

Coffee - Kopi Siew Dai

This is my daily dosage during my work in office. Kopi Siew Dai from Dong Sheng Beverages located at Hong Lim Complex hawker centre located at #02-19

The Nan Yang coffee is well roasted. The ratio for coffee, water is pretty balanced. The drink is added with condensed milk and some evaporated milk which makes it more fragrance

It's always nice to have a different kind of coffee other than the Western Coffee.
